  • Concept: Exclusive model celebrating Tokyo Marathon event in collaboration with adidas running captains. Design inspired by historic shrines, bringing inner calmness before embarking on major physical endeavor.

  • Success:
    Adidas Athletes and Local AR members seeded samples to run the marathon in.
    Largest local production capsule produced with 90% F.P. sell-through within 30 Days

  • Concept: Enhance key footwear silhouette with an exclusive model at  local key dates by collaborating with local assets.

  • Collaboration: Tapping into japan adidas running captains, design was inspired by historic shrines, bringing inner calmness before a major endevor like running a marathon.

Spirit of Victory

Limited Edition Capsule

  • Concept: Exclusive adizero Japan model celebrating Japan's entry in in the 2019 World Cup. Design inspired by JFA home jersey. Unique product detail pay homage to japan's unique cultural history of samurais.

  • Success:
    Product seeded to JFA athletes for non-pitch training producing media and social buzz. 100% sell out of local product run in 8 weeks.

  • Concept: Fashion capsule blending streetwear camo trends twisted with premium fabrics and soft pastel color pallet 

  • Success:
    Spring capsule received amazing reviews from retail accounts and buyers. 83% sellout in 4 months with new female sillohouttes incorporated into inline portfolio.

Injection Package: Collaboration

  • Concept: Collaboration with Pharell Williams bringing Human Race concept mainstream with successful cross-gender silhouettes. Men & Women range design inspired from Japan culture, holiday colors, and triangles symbolizing uniting cultures.

  • Success:
    Strongest Injection package setting a new bar for sellout, promotion, and bringing concept to market on short lead-times.

Injection Fashion Package

  • Concept: One of the first injection packages capitalizing on street trends and introducing new fashionable silhouettes. Design inspired by spring launch and pastel floral AOP

  • Success:
    As a new fast fashion concept, limited accounts and markets bought in blind on new business opportunity. Amazing success with 700K additional revenue from package sell out in 6 months. Silohouttes adopted inline

Speed Capsule: SMU

  • Concept: Celebrating the 25th anniversary of DMC and Adidas with exclusive footwear model offered to consortium high end accounts. Developed premium sweat collection reflecting market & competitor trends at premium price points.

    First package utilizing new production & operation process incorporating assets 
    within an aggressive timeframe. Successful sellout with premium accounts

Injection Fashion Package

  • Concept: Spring Injection package inspired by Japanese calligraphy offering an all-over-print with mixed with fashionable materials. Testing new trending streetwear culture silhouettes while incorporating original's own twist to it.

  • Success
    New silhouettes well received by markets and accounts. Styles brought inline. 65% FP sell out within 3 months achieving marketing financial goal

Shoe Chaos Holiday Pack 

Injection Package: Q4 Capsule
  • Concept: Holiday commercial cross-gender offer inspired by streetwear all over prints. Mixed with Adidas original 's iconic footwear collage with both staple and fashionable silhouettes.
  • Results:
    Great holiday package counting for 1.4M net sales over course 5 months. Injection package targeted with European Key Accounts with direct feedback incorporated.

Injection Fashion Package

  • Concept: Elevate inline's message of the year of the superstar, made a trend package using superstar as an allover print, badge, and infill on graphics.

  • Success:
    Package offered to market and accounts within season with active inline concept being pushed. Huge success to bring fresh commercial streetwear package delivering additional 500K revenue.

  • Concept: One of the most iconic elements of adidas, the Superstar Shell Toe, becomes a pattern print and turns the apparel pieces into a new looks never seen before

  • Success: 
    Package achieved 90% sell out in 8 weeks.

Injection Extension Capsule

  • Concept: Response to inline sell-through analysis, immediately created color way extension, sell-in, and distributed to key accounts within 1 months.

  • Success
    Concept of seasonal replenishment a huge success thus creating SKU 
    efficiency and encouraging accounts to save OTB budget to respond to consumer desires.
